Job Opening

Consultant
Responsibilities:
  • Provide consultation and recommend suitable treatments for customers.
  • Provide after-sales & post-treatment follow-up with customers.
  • Provide onsite training to new/junior consultants.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.
Therapist
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure full treatment compliance.
  • Daily duties include maintaining the outlet’s cleanliness, answering phone calls, and equipment maintenance.
  • Perform any other duties that may be assigned to the employee from time to time.
Customer Service Officer
Responsibilities:
  • Attend to walk-in customers and customers with appointments, fix/reschedule appointments, and answer queries.
  • Handle post-sales procedures such as issuing invoices, service sheets, and customer treatment books.
  • Update treatment count in both the customer’s physical record and the Studio Manager System.
  • Complete daily closing settlement.
  • Submit Outlet Reports (Operations, CRM, Marketing Dept.).
Requirements:
  • Only applicable to Singaporeans & PR & LTVP
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply
