- Perform professional hair analysis and treatment for customers
- Customize treatment package according to customers’ hair condition
- Regular hair check for customers
- Perform hands-on treatment
- Ad-hoc duties
Roadshow Consultant
- Promote and sell hair services vouchers
- Conduct hair analysis for customers
- Assist in Roadshow set up
Customer Service Officer
- Customer service at front desk
- Responsible for calling and sending SMS reminders to customers for their appointment
- Generation of daily reports
- Responsible for outlet stock-take and administrative duties
